Born at Villa Cortellucci (Teramo) on August 11, 1949, and
married to Ginesia Bussoli, they have four children: Maria,
Pietro, Romina and Stefano. Mario is another example, amongst
many others, of a leading entrepreneur in Canada and not only
inside the Italian community.

Teresa Cascioli
Teresa Cascioli Charitable Foundation
Teresa was born in Hamilton, Ontario. After graduating from
McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in
1983, she began her career in the public sector.
From April, 1999 to April 2007, Ms. Cascioli was the Chief
Executive Officer of Lakeport Brewing. She also served on
the Board of Directors for the Brewers Association of Canada.

2007 CIIM Canada Giovanni Caboto Award - Frances Tibollo

Frances Tibollo, a young Italian/Canadian , founder of The
Oaklands Foundation, a not for profit organization concerned
with education and development in impoverished nations. She
embodies Ciim vision of the Italian explorer Giovanni Caboto
who set sails to explore the unknown world and is credited
for being among the first Europeans to land in North America.
